Great running shoes, but beware…

I brought a pair of these last summer for running/walking and was initially very pleased with the purchase. These shoes are excellent for running because it’s very lightweight while offering good cushioning support. For runners, I think these are as good as they get. They’re not the most durable shoes though.

However, I probably won’t ever purchase another pair because they soak in water like crazy. It is impossible to wear them in any wet area (e.g. after rain) and expect to keep your feet dry. The problem lies in the construction: the mesh cloth connects to the shoes’ bottom, and hence soaks in any moisture. If you’re like me and treat your running shoes as all-purpose shoes, then you might want to try elsewhere.

I can’t believe I own a pair of Pumas

Let me be the first to say that I have never owned a pair of Puma sneakers before and never liked any I had tried on. I found a pair at a local Warehouse retailer that we obviously a new version of these and tried them on. I liked them very much, but did not like the price. While replacing the shoes, I saw this pair and decided to try them on. I like them very much. They do fit a little tight, but they are brand new. They are very supportive. I would not run in these, but for the less than $50 price and comfort level, I imagine these will be my kick around shoes for awhile. My last pair were New Balance. I loved them but when I tried on the newer version they did not fit the same and I did not like them. Anyways, I can now say I would buy these again, and I almost wish I had bought the other Pumas as well.

I bought a pair of Asics 2130 for running, as they were on sale and were super comfy in the 20 minutes I tried them on in the store. I will write a review for them later.

So to sum it up, I would recommend these shoes for the right price and they are very supportive and comfortable to me.

I hoped for better

the shoe is a good shoe but i expected more from puma and hop much i payed and the problem i had was the toe part of the shoe fell apart and the bottom of the shoe wore down in a little more than a month am i was very dissapionted with that i dont think you should buy the shoe hope i helped

very comfortable, no need to break them in. very comfortable for running in. sleek and stylish too. only problem I observed is that after walking in these for a few hours at a time, my heel starts to ache. but then again, not many shoes are out there that dont do that to my feet. 5 stars!

I’ve worn these shoes for about 6 months now. They are a great athletic casual shoe, however they are not good for running. There is not enough support or cushioning for that purpose. They go flat very quick. So if you want an awesome pair of shoes that look great, get them. But if you plan on running, walking alot, or cross training, you may want a different pair of shoes.

Puma shoes are the ones for me. They have outlast all others that I have had in the past. I’ve been waiting for this voltaic style for quite a while. I had this style shoe in high school but from then on Puma didn’t have that style any longer, And it is back. Thank you

Shnazzy Sneakers!

Great price, looked elsewhere and it was more money. Shipped very fast. The sneakers are pretty HOT looking. Bought these for my husband and he loves them. True to size even with his wide feet.

Just gotta be careful wearing them in rainy weather. Will get dirty pretty fast b/c of the fabric so he doesn’t wear them as often as he could b/c of the weather lately. Did get a tiny stain on the toe area and it came clean with some Shout.

I must say i like this ones more than any other i have, they are confortable, is not a common one, so everybody will be telling you about them and the cool they look. They have like a reflect part that shine when is dark or when you look at them from diferents positions, They are the best arsenal i have, if you buy them wont regret for anything.

This is a nice looking shoe, not made for serious running though. But it does nicely as a weekender type shoe that may fit well in pop culture attire; flared jeans and a blazer. I find it a bit snug around the heel and there’s not alot of arch support.

Not good for wide feet

Really comfortable

I absolutely love my new Puma’s. First off, aesthetically, they are really cool. you can see that in the picture. Secondly, they are extremely comfortable. They have this special “Cell” pad right underneath where your heel goes, making it feel kind of, erm, springy and bouncy. It makes running feel good.[...]
