      I purchased this grill for my wife as a birthday present. Grill was bought from Amazon, not one of their associates. I was most worried about shipping but was pleasantly surprised. Shipping in my area was from CEVA. I was contacted to set up a date for delivery. When the grill arrived it was mounted on a plastic pallet. The driver with a handcart rolled it into my garage. Unpacking took awhile due to all the packing. I would have given this 5 stars but one of the doors had a slight dent in the chrome trim. I contacted Weber and they sent a complete door overnight as a replacement. As a side note, the instructions show the grill rods have handles on them but mine had none. When I questioned the woman at Weber, she stated they no longer ship with handles.
